Clients are allowed a 10 minute grace period. A $20 dollar booking fee is required to secure your appointment. Booking fee credit goes towards the cost of your scheduled service. There is a 24 hour window to cancel or reschedule your appointment without incurring any additional charges. (Same Booking fee can only be used twice to reschedule). If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within less than 24 hour notice, a 20% fee based on service cost will be charged.
